Newly Diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder, Now What?

You're newly diagnosed with bipolar disorder, now what do you do?

Getting diagnosed with bipolar disorder is a surreal experience, mainly because we are so unfamiliar with what mental health conditions are. When I was diagnosed with bipolar 2 disorder, it was hard for me to believe it. I knew little about mental health, and everything I knew about bipolar disorder was negative.

That’s why I want to share my experience of getting diagnosed with bipolar disorder and my advice for those of you who are newly diagnosed. Take a look and let me know what you think.

What was your experience like when you were diagnosed with bipolar disorder or any mental health condition? What advice would you give to those who are newly diagnosed? Please share your experience down below or do a response video and send it in to info@healthyplace.com. See you next week!
