What is Bipolar Advocacy Really About?

When it comes to bipolar advocacy, I've found there's a lot of misunderstanding about what it means to be a bipolar advocate. Some people think you have to publicly disclose that you have bipolar disorder or be a rabble-rouser in order to be an advocate for bipolar disorder. It's simply not true!

Watch the video, visit my blog post on this. And I’d like to know some ways that you're involved in bipolar advocacy or how you advocate for mental health. Comment or send a response video to info@ healthyplace.com
