Using a Mood Tracker to Help with Anxiety

They say there's an app for everything. I certainly have dozens of apps on my mobile devices that provide access to whatever I need at my fingertips. I recently started using an app to track my moods as a means by which to map the ups and downs of my anxiety.

How Mood Trackers Help My Anxiety

I've had anxiety for decades, but I only recently tried using a mood tracker to log my days within the context of my anxiety. The routine of entering my moods and activities one or more times during the day was a good start. Routine is important for me. Having a robust tracker allows me to look back at my history, giving me valuable insights into my anxiety and information on what did and didn't work when managing my anxiety
