The list of people associated with the word beauty or beautiful is long and distinguished. As human beings we tend to be enamored with physical beauty. The popular media floods us with endless images of men and women who fit the sociocultural essence of beauty. Every year, People Magazine even dedicates an entire issue to the “50 Most Beautiful People in the World.” Sensationalism of beauty simply intensifies stress rather than deepens satisfaction with self.

That's the thing about inner beauty; unlike physical beauty, which grabs the spotlight for itself, inner beauty shines on everyone, catching them, holding them in its embrace, making them more beautiful too. ~ unknown

It has been said “beauty is in the eye of the beholder.” Rather than physical attractiveness, it’s time to reset on beauty as a feeling of unbounded inner harmony and balance that harvests emotional wellbeing.

Paying attention and taking care of your physical appearance and body is important. Your body is your temple. It is the only place you have to live. That said it only stands to reason you need be intentional about what is being nurtured on the inside.

Audrey Hepburn was one of the greatest female film legends in onscreen history. She was also looked upon by many as one of the most naturally beautiful woman of all time. In part because of her physical appearance, but also for her inner calm and poise.

  1. For attractive lips, speak words of kindness.
  2. For lovely eyes, seek out the good in people.
  3. For a slim figure, share your food with the hungry.
  4. For beautiful hair, let a child run his or her fingers through it once a day.
  5. For poise, walk with the knowledge that you never walk alone.
  6. People, even more than things, have to be restored, renewed, revived, reclaimed and redeemed; never throw out anyone.
  7. Remember, if you ever need a helping hand, you’ll find one at the end of each of your arms.
  8. As you grow older, you will discover that you have two hands, one for helping yourself, the other for helping others.
  9. The beauty of a woman is not in the clothes she wears, the figure that she carries, or the way she combs her hair.
  10. The beauty of a woman must be seen from in her eyes, because that is the doorway to her heart, the place where love resides.

Indeed, these ten suggestions instigate up the good aspects of living in the real world with chockfull bad things.In the middle of these two contradictory urges, we are often feeling confused and desperate, as well. However, it ought to intend to above mention ten gold rules of attitudes toward ourselves and others people. The main reason for this view is the benefit for global well-being of any person from positive thoughts to daily events and things. On the other hand, negative aspects of personality harm profoundly mental and physical health of person who is overloaded with feeling of spite and revenge, as well. This anecdotal truth improves the interpersonal relation, as prerequisite of individual and collective welfare. In a word, everyone should intend to seek personal happiness through others well-being. Otherwise, we couldn't build the peace and understanding between people around all the world.

Wish there was a way to print this article (or any articles) I have a hard time reading on the computer, I need paper, I need to underline and go back and reread with I realize I dissociated through most of it and can't remember what I thought was so important!
