Appear Confident Even When You Feel Insecure

Sometimes you may feel insecure or uncomfortable in situations with others; we all do. When you learn how to act more confidently you actually start to feel more confident too. In this video, I give you three great ways to understand what to do differently. In these experiences, I've provided examples and genuinely expressed how they can work in almost any situation. Everyone feels insecure in certain situations. Learn how to speak up and appear confident, even in the most anxiety producing and insecure situations.

3 Ways to Appear Confident

Aside from the basics like eye contact and a confident stance, you've got to try and express yourself with authenticity and security. Try to:

  1. Avoid negative language about yourself and others. Avoid having an attitude and defensive language.
  2. Use humility and authenticity. Speak up instead of acting shy.
  3. Act interested and make sure you're listening.
